2. Use of Service

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

3. Health Disclaimer

MealWise provides general nutritional and meal planning information. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for professional medical consultation, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider regarding dietary changes, especially if you have allergies or medical conditions.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually, depending on the plan you choose. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You may cancel anytime; access continues through the end of the billing period.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you submit (e.g. profile data, meal logs). You grant us a limited license to process this content solely to operate and improve the service.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, including reverse engineering, scraping, abusing automated features, or using MealWise for unlawful purposes.

7. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, software, and content provided by MealWise are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable laws.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MealWise is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of your country of residence, unless otherwise required by mandatory local consumer protection laws.
